This year I had the fortune of working with Producer Alfie Shaw at Big Finish Productions to provide subscribers with a Subscribers Short Trip! I was asked to pitch an idea, and wanted to use knowledge of the 1950s which I had used for a previous writing job and wanted to use my own experience as a child, and friends of mine, who had struggled with the 11 plus exam system.
Which lead to the results of the audio! (No more spoilers for you lot I'm afraid.)
I was lucky enough to go to the recording at Ladbroke Audio where I was given such a warm welcome and the wonderful Stephen Critchlow was a pleasure to have him record my story!
A Song for Running will be released with a DW Monthly Adventure for Subscribers only, December 2019 along with Doctor Who: Blood on Santa's Claw and Other Stories
